We are currently seeking an ambitious Registered Children's Home Manager who would be interested in a new and exciting opportunity, to work for a successful quality driven OFSTED registered children's home located in Burton-On-Trent. The Children's Home is part of a successful and reputable children's services care group, which provides the highest quality childcare provision within their Residential Children's Homes nationwide.

If you are a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager interested in a leadership role with an ambitious and growing organisation which can provide you with the right environment to succeed and reach your full potential, this could be the role for you.

Requirements

• Level 3 diploma in Children and Young People Workforce.
• You will hold or willing to undertake Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare
Pathway) or equivalent.
• You will have previous Management experience within a Children’s residential setting.
• You will have thorough knowledge & understanding of OFSTED regulations and legislation (CHR 2015)

Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee a 4 bedded Ofsted registered home. The home has most resilient and excellent staff team in place. You would be supported by your Area Manger along with dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager, Team Leaders and Support Workers who will help you continue to build on the positive foundations that are already in place.
