Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Residential Support Workers to join our growing team in Burton upon Trent. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Promote positive outcomes, independence, and personal development.
- Support young people with daily routines, education, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children and young people.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, social workers, and other professionals.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.
- Support young people to develop life skills and achieve their individual goals.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within a residential childcare setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts where required.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Relevant qualifications in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or Children & Young People’s Workforce.

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Burton upon Trent (DE14) or be willing to travel to the location for shifts.
