Location: Birmingham (B27)
Pay Rate: £12.80 – £13.80 per hour
Sleep-In: £65 per sleep-in
Shift Pattern: 1 on / 2 off
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a Children’s Home in Birmingham (B27). The role involves supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping them achieve positive outcomes and build brighter futures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to young people.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver individual care plans.
- Support young people with education, health, and recreational activities.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it (preferred).
- Previous experience in a children’s residential setting (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Flexible and reliable with a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
