Salary: Up to £34,000 including Sleep-In Allowance
We’re working on behalf of newly established and compassionate care provider, seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Support Workers to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a children’s residential setting, providing exceptional care and making a lasting impact on young lives.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model, leading and motivating the support team
- Provide hands-on support and supervision for children and young people
- Assist in the creation and implementation of individual care plans
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of children in your care
- Support the management team with day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance
- Promote a nurturing, therapeutic, and positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a residential care setting, preferably with children
- Passion for supporting children with emotional, behavioural, and complex needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and care standards
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) preferred
