We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a Children’s Home in Leicester (LE10). The role involves supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping them achieve positive outcomes and build brighter futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to young people.
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce (preferred).
